At The Vibez Shop, we want you to love your fit; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned apparel must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any official collection point within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
